Hannah Daniels is originally from Hendersonville, North Carolina. Her love of theatre began at a young age through classes and performances at her schools and Flat Rock Playhouse, the State Theatre of North Carolina. She later returned as a teaching artist at Flat Rock Playhouse and is still actively involved with their education department.

She is a proud graduate of Appalachian State University, where she earned her theatre education degree. She was on the board of many different groups there, including the musical theatre group (AMTC) and the theatre honor society (APO), which taught her much about arts administration and theatre production.

Hannah spends her summers teaching theatre camps at Matthews Playhouse and performs whenever she can! Some of her favorite roles include: "The Wicked Witch of the West" (The Wizard of Oz at Flat Rock Playhouse), "Lucy Grant" (Bright Star at Matthews Playhouse), and "Woman in Chair" (The Drowsy Chaperone at Appalachian State University).

Having been deeply influenced by her own theatre teachers and professors, she strives to create that same lasting impact on her students - helping them discover the magic of theatre and recognize the value each individual brings to the stage and beyond.
